It’s been a while since I’ve liked any of my bullet journal spreads (or done enough of them to actually post), so I was extremely pleased with myself when I not only made spreads for the whole month, but I made them early. It helps that this month was inspired by one of Love Yo Shelf’s all time faves and one of my current reads, Unravel the Dusk (going amazing btw, lots of ouch (: ). When I entered middle school at the ripe ol’ age of 11, we were given planners to keep track of our assignments and upcoming due dates. For most of middle school and high school, I told myself that I didn’t actually need to use a planner – I could keep track of everything mentally.
Oh, how I was wrong.
I mean, it did work for my primary education, but going into college I NEEDED something to help me delegate my time and make sure I didn’t forget anything important. I also needed something to help me relieve stress and act as a creative outlet, and thus, the bullet journal was born. I’ve had about 2 years of practice by now and while I still have a long way to go, I’m super excited about my upcoming bookish bullet journal themes and can’t wait to share them!
